❌ Refund Policy for Digital Services
- No refunds will be issued once the project or service has started
- Payments made for digital services are non-refundable due to the nature of work and resource allocation
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work initiation, no refund will be applicable
⚠️ Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not yet started
- A written cancellation request is submitted within the agreed timeframe
Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of Crabtree IT Solutions.
📦 Physical Products (If Applicable)
In rare cases where physical products are sold or delivered:

- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
💰 Refunds for Physical Products
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🧾 Cancellation Policy
- Orders or services can be cancelled before work begins
- Once the project, service, or development process has started, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund
- Hosting, domain registration, and third-party service fees are non-refundable
